The soles look dirty but Chanel flats should be resoled anyway before or shortly after the first few wears to protect the shoes overall.These are a French 38 which Iโd say fits those between US 7.5 - 8. I am a true US 8 and wear a 38.5 in Chanel ballerinas. I believe these were a European exclusive, from 2023 winter collection. I never saw these in stores in the US.
